- Calls to 0900 numbers with costs are supported by Novinet VoIP (except 0900 numbers with special tariff conditions). The tariffs are based on the fixed prices of the number owners.

- The Novinet VoIP Business Flat rate is reserved exclusively for customers with the Novinet VoIP Business subscription.
- The Novinet VoIP Business Flat rate cannot be combined with other volume discounts.
- Calls to service or special numbers are excluded from the Novinet VoIP Business Flat rate.
- Calls to 058 business numbers are included in the Novinet VoIP Business Flat rate.
- The following countries are included in the Novinet VoIP Business Flat Europe rate: Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden and Spain.
- The Novinet VoIP Business Flat rate plan is not bound to a minimum contract period and can be adjusted at any time in the user account.
- The included volume is cumulated for multiple channels. Example: with 5 call channels for outgoing calls, 12’500 minutes to the fixed network (Novinet VoIP Business Flat Europe fix & mobile) and 2’500 minutes to the mobile network (Switzerland and Europe) are included.
- The number of call channels for outgoing calls can be adjusted at any time in the user account.
- The Novinet VoIP Business Flat rate applies to all phone numbers within the account in question. The tariff cannot be activated for individual phone numbers.
- Unused minutes expire at the end of the month and cannot be carried over to the following month.
